While the world (and the daily news cycle) has been focusing on Vice President Kamala Harris and her presidential bid, current president Joe Biden has remained busy, behind the scenes, focusing on a few items we all should care about. President Biden believes that no one—neither the President nor the Supreme Court—is above the law. Yet the potential first female, and first female of color, president does not keep skeptics at bay. There are still those who question the background,  race , and  record  (particularly the treatment of African American men) of the candidate who claims to care about the rights and freedoms of Americans. After what many are calling a 'concerning debate performance' nearly two weeks ago in his first debate with former President Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential bid, many are worried that the president's mental acuity is failing.
