Nigeria is calling for the help of all nations to help in finding and releasing the young girls, many of whom are under the age of seventeen. I couldn't help be proud of the First Lady's mentoring efforts that not only include her own, but her inclusion of other successful women as well, to assist young women and girls on the journey to adulthood.   Last night more than twelve women came together to mentor and share their successes and challenges during a White House ceremony in honor of Women's History month. Today, Vice President Joe Biden held a Middle Class Task Force event on solutions for families balancing the dual demands of work and caring for family.  The Vice President and members of the White House Middle Class Task Force and Council on Women and Girls announced recommendations from the Equal Pay Enforcement Task Force and discussed the Administration’s ongoing commitment to improving work-family balance for all Americans. A First Lady's Debut First Lady Michelle Obama's Inaugural gown is now on display at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History along side the gowns of former U.S. First Ladies. In a ceremony today in the Smithsonian's Flag Hall, Mrs. Obama said of the occasion, "I'm a little embarrassed by all the fuss being made over my dress." "Like many of you, I’m not used to people wanting to put things I’ve worn on display.
